From your electricity charge (VAT and the meter charge taken off), we value every displaced unit at your slab rate plus fuel surcharge, and count 3% yearly tariff rises against panel ageing, as our proposals do. The saving is shown with VAT, as on your bill; businesses that recover VAT save the ex-VAT amount, and payback uses that ex-VAT figure.
