Industrial daytime loads

SEWA supplies Sharjah's power, and Solar Oasis designs and installs solar to its rules. In Sharjah, systems are zero-export, with hybrid (battery) and off-grid options.

The rates as SEWA publishes them. The higher your bill, the more of it sits on the top steps, and those are the units a daytime system takes off first.

With a hybrid design, outage protection becomes part of the system: genuinely useful for clinics, cold storage, and home offices, and the battery saves in the evening and at night too.
Here, systems are zero-export: your panels power your home or site while the sun is up, so we size the system to your daytime load, never to a Dubai net-metering template. Add a battery to go hybrid, or go off-grid: backup and storage is part of the menu. Every system is designed to SEWA's current rules.
SEWA bills homes, shops, factories and farms on one ladder: 23 to 38 fils per kWh as use rises, plus a 6 fils fuel surcharge.
What that means practically: step one of every Sharjah project is a close read of your bills and your daytime load, then a design that matches the power you actually use.
Businesses that run mostly in the daytime (typically around 8 am to 5 pm) use most of their solar as it's produced, which is where zero export saves the most.
